A bit about me

Change people actually enjoy being part of.

I'm Tom Kegode, a friendly disrupter. Sixteen years building innovation culture inside large organisations, from the shop floor to the top floor.

Retail transformation first. Then fintech innovation. Then partnering with the Chief People and Places Officer across a workforce of 65,000.

This year the work has been across the civil service, education, charity and media. Different sectors, same job: getting people to try new things together, and turning new ideas into habits people keep.

I'm an executive coach and a host. I bring the right people together, build the answer with them, and make change land.
